Self check-in Staff, Joao in particular, extremely helpful and kind
The room is small, is not easy to open luggage, but if you’re traveling with a backpack or a carry on is completely fine, but it wasn’t our case We personally didn’t like Alfama, the bins were full of rubbish and even directly on the street and it’s quite dark at night.

Beautiful room in a good location
It’s a truly beautiful room and also the lobby and kitchen were really tasteful. I liked the ease of the code access and not having to worry about forgetting a room key. The tiles on the ceiling and the interior design felt really special. The bed was comfy and the air con was powerful
Everything was great, however there were some issues in the room with the ‘finish’ I’d say. There was paint peeling off the wall in the shower and the bathroom door handle fell off when I pulled it, it wasn’t anything that majorly effected the stay at all but these small fixes can make a big difference.

Great place to stay
Excellent location and well packaged the apartment. Just to improve add a microwave in the kitchen. Great ideas providing lockers for last day use.
Rooms needed though dusting as there was lots of dust in the room coming in from busy old town streets.
